An elegant 19th-century French display cabinet.

Crafted from walnut and burl veneer. The cabinet displays characteristics of the Louis Philippe period, with influences from the Neoclassical furniture tradition.

The corners feature fluted columns, whilst the top and bottom are decorated with hand-carved floral motifs. The display cabinet stands on four turned, ribbed legs and is crowned by a light-coloured marble top.

The cabinet is glazed on three sides and features two wooden shelves with a beautiful, continuous wood grain. At the bottom is a drawer with richly carved floral motifs. The key is missing, but the glass door closes securely.
