Dutch burr walnut cabinet, circa 1740
Incredibly high quality and exceptionally beautiful in colour. This original Dutch cabinet dates from the mid 18th century, around 1740. Made of solid oak, veneered with burr walnut.
Beautiful details including the top section with a wavy cornice, very fine panel profiles on the doors and a bellied lower section. With original fittings and drawers that run as they should.
The piece was shown at an antiques fair in Breda in 1981 and the 1981 purchase invoice is still present.
