Pair of carved wooden eagles
A set of two fantastic hand carved wooden eagles. They seem to have been part of a piece of furniture or an architectural element, in a church for example. From France, early 19th or late 18th century. The claws on the feet have broken off.
Very decorative. They could serve well as lamp bases with a shade on top, as candlesticks, or to be reworked into an interior.
Dimensions: 70 H x 23 D x 17 W cm
