English burr walnut bureau bookcase

An English bureau bookcase, early 19th century, circa 1810 to 1840, entirely in burr walnut veneer and a very nice colour.

To use the secretaire, two supports have to be pulled out. When the flap is open there are several drawers on the inside and a black leather writing surface. The locks work as they should. We still have to remove the battens on the back. In very good condition, with minimal signs of use in keeping with its age.
